We had a lovely time on Saturday discussing about how wonderful and amazing we are as human beings, and how God knows how each of us were made. So of the activities we did are below – a favourite was the balloon lung!
We then spent some time in worship discussing how we are wonderfully made, and singing how we need to shine out!
Come and join us for our next Messy Church @ HMC, on Saturday 11th August at 11 am, where we will be having a picnic on the common. We’d love to see you there!
We had a great time together at Messy Church in June, where we talked about the Money Puzzle. Some of the activities we did are shown below!
In our worship we learnt about the story of the rich young man, and how you must give everything you have to God because “it’s easier to gallop a camel through a needle’s eye than for the rich to enter God’s kingdom.” (Matthew 19:24, The Message). To remember this, we sang about the measure of the treasure.
Come and join us again for Messy Church @ HMC on Saturday 14th July between 11 am and 1 pm!
We are running the Christmas Journey Open Day at Horfield Methodist Church on Saturday 10th December 2016, instead of our normal Messy Church.

We are running the journey in groups from 9.30 am, each journey taking around 30 minutes. There are also craft activities to do before and after your journey.
If you would like to join us on the Journey, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to book a place. Journeys will take place at the following times: 9.30, 9.45, 10.45, 11.00, 12noon, 12.15, 2.00 and 2.15
There will also be some places available on the day.
