Horfield Methodist Church has been serving the community in the north of Bristol since 1899, when the building was first built. We are part of the Methodist Connexion. We are a family based Church with a strong emphasis upon prayer, Bible understanding and youth work. We are keen to explore and share what it means to be the people of God in our place and time. Recently, exploration and review of our mission has led us into new activities, a renewed vision, and a commitment to provide upgraded, suitable and appropriate facilities for all ages and needs. We are a Church within the Bristol and South Gloucestershire Circuit, in the Bristol District of the Methodist Church, committed to working with our fellow Circuit Churches and local ecumenical neighbours.

Our church is led by our minister Martin Slocombe, who is supported by the Stewards and members of Church council, who are shown here.
